HOW COULD ANYONE NOT GIVE THESE 5 STARS???!!! Update: Hair Tinsel “Colorful” vs. Twinkle Sparkle
I recently went to Disney World and saw something like this on someone at a distance. It stood out and was so beautiful! She must have had 50 compliments that day and people asking what they are and where they got them! So I came home and looked around on amazon. I’m not patient enough to get the more permanent kind, I only want the barrette kind. But in the pictures, it seemed like the barrettes were big and would be uncomfortable. (They’re not.) Well, I ordered a set to check them out. I got the color “colorful”, and they look so fabulous on my plain brown hair! I wish I’d had them in Orlando! They are so fun and cute! My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow, and I’m going to give her one of the sets of 6 that just arrived today, and I just ordered more. They are so fun for any festive occasion, such as a carnival or fair, or the zoo, or a birthday party! You could wear green for St. Paddy’s Day, pink for Valentine’s Day, and red and green for Christmas! I just love them, and the barrettes are small/sort of tiny!, and I don’t notice that they are in! I love them!! I feel there are the appropriate amount of tinsel on each barrette. For my pony tail, I think 2 or 3 barrettes will be all I will use. Great product and barrettes stay in very well! UPDATE: I received the other brand of tinsel, here is a comparison: Of this brand, Hair Tinsel, I bought “Colorful.” The alternate brand was “Twinkle Sparkle” in “7 Color Fusion.” I way prefer this brand, Hair Tinsel, #1 because the barrette is easier to open and close on my medium-thick hair (if you have thin hair, then you might want to try Twinkle Sparkle), and also, I want every barrette to have all the various colors, that’s why I chose “Colorful.” So with “Colorful”, each INDIVIDUAL STRAND is only 1 color, but you get a bunch of colors on one barrette. With a competitor, Twinkle Sparkle “7 Color Fusion,” you only get 1 barrette with a lot of colors. All the other 5 barrettes are all one color, like 1 has all blue, one has all pink, one has all yellow, etc. So I only gave Twinkle Sparkle 4 stars, because I thought that they would ALL be multi-color, and because their barrettes are harder to push open. Both are so cute, though. It shows up nicely on brown hair.

I bought these for a music festival, they held up nicely during slipknot, & during the storms from the hurricane too. Taking them out was easy, they didnât tangle too badly. The color is vibrant, many compliments, gave very Shego vibes. So cheap & worth buying.

Bought 3 packages of different colors when I visited family in another state. I wanted to surprise my 7 year old great niece and surprised she was. We had some fun with them and I left most of it with her, but I also brought sone home for meâ¦.I like to have fun too. It clips into your hair like a barret so very easy to place where you want it and it seems to stay put too. Nice selection of colors too.

âï¸âï¸âï¸I purchased these as a gift and Iâm glad we ended up keeping them because theyâre more of a hassle and donât completely work as they are intended to.â¨PROSâ¨-Itâs a cute ideaâ¦-They are a good length so you can trim them to fit any length of hair.âCONSâ-The clips are extremely uncomfortable and get stuck in your hair and pull.-They tangle easily.-They donât stand out in darker hair like the picture shows, the clips stand out more.-The picture makes it seem like they are thicker, they are thinner than garland.-The clips are big and bulky so they donât hide easily.Overall Iâm glad they were cheap because I would have been super disappointed if I spent more. Cute idea but definitely not worth the trouble.

I get so many compliments!! I unclipped one to show someone and they got so excited. She wants to do it to her hair now. I matched mine to my hair color with amber/red tones, it looks like I got it professionally done or weaved in. Nice touch at concerts or festivals. 3 on each side seems to do the trick & still be able to headbang without them coming out.
