Omg, these things are a holy grail!I’ve had several eye surgeries that have left my poor eyeballs SO sensitive to light. It affects both my vision and my well-being. But I digress.I have noticed an instanteous and extreme difference in how I FEEL and how well I can SEE at work while wearing these stylish, cute eyestrain glasses!1) Firstly, the price can’t be beat. I suppose the blue-blocking/eyestrain glasses all use the same material, so why pay more for an expensive pair? I feel like these must do the same job as the more expensive pairs do. And they’re nice and sturdy.2) They’re stylish! I mean, 90% of that probably is me and MY unbearable cuteness, but these things look great! Co-workers have commented how cute they are.3) Blue blocking glasses NEED to be yellow. But I dislike the look of visibly tinted glasses. I’d feel like a gross old hippie or John Lennon if they were REALLY noticeably tinted. But these lenses, while definitely yellow when compared to white, donât look yellow against skin tone. The tinting is really subtle. It took a week of one coworker looking at my face all week to ask “Wait, are your glasses tinted yellow?”4) Comes with a nice zippered case and lens cleaning cloth. Very handy.All in all, these are great! Great price, great quality, stylish and soothes my poor aching eyes as I sit in a chair and labor at something I don’t want to do for eight hours a day for the rest. OF. MY. LIFE. Ah well, at least with these glasses I’ll look cute doing so!

Learned about these glasses nearly 30 years after I started using a computer!
I’ve been using a computer since 1992, but now that I’m in my 60’s, I find the glare from a computer screen makes my eyes watery, bleary and tired. it was only by a random search for “hacks” and other novel Amazon gifts that I discovered these glasses, and bought 2 different pair. WHAT A DIFFERENCE AND IMPROVEMENT in my computing experience! The glare was noticeably reduced, the glasses are hard-wearing, come in a sturdy case with glass cleaning cloth, fit well, look “nerdy” but cute, and are very practical. It was also easier to fall asleep after spending 4 or more consecutive hours at the computer looking at a blue screen. I keep one pair in my home office, and one pair in my car, because they also filter out glare and sunspokes glancing off the windshieds of oncoming cars, so I also wear them when driving in bright sunlight. One of the BEST purchases I’ve made on Amazon. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Eye aches gone, and glasses are cute
So I work on a computer about 5-8 hours a day, possibly more. I had been having headaches and eye aches regularly, but with these glasses, that’s no longer an issue! They’re super cute too. My husband loves the look of them.Update 6/14/19:I still use these glasses every day. No breaking or scratching. They’re good to use when looking at the screen, but I brought them down to a 4 star because I’ve noticed something really strange happening. Whenever I wear them while I’m not looking at the screen, it’s almost like I get a little dizzy. They throw my vision off. It’s odd and I really don’t like it, but I don’t want my eyes to ache like they used to, so I just take them off when I’m not staring at the computer. Rather inconvenient, but still worth it to get rid of the eye ache.

Gamma Ray makes great products. This is my third pair of Gamma Ray computer readers, because I’m an idiot and lose everything constantly. If GR could make glasses that could somehow help locate lost objects, I’d definitely buy a pair. And immediately lose them.They do seem to help cut down on eye strain, and I like to imagine that they help filter out blue light. (Might be psychosomatic, but who cares if it works?) They’re very comfortable and they actually look good, which is great for someone like me who’s always wanted glasses but is cursed with perfect vision.Do your rods, and also your cones, a favor and pick up a pair. Then you can dramatically remove them every time you answer a question, and chew on the ends when you think, like a sophisticated person would do. I know all about this, and other sophisticated things, because I wear Gamma Ray glasses.

AMAZED AT THESE GLASSES!
I spend 8 to 10 hours a day looking at a computer screen. I had not really noticed any problems with my eyes at all, but I figured that since I spend so much time looking at screens, I should look into some things for my long term eye health. I came across these glasses, and figured I would give them a try since the cost is so low. I am blown away by the results that I am seeing from these! I thought that my eyes were fine and that I was having no problems. After just a few days with these, I have realized that staring at the computer all day was having more negative effects on me than I knew about. You see, I get headaches at work allot. I just thought it was me and that there was nothing I could do about it. However, now with these glasses the headaches are gone! Staring at the computer all that time was what was causing the problem! I am absolutely amazed that a $12 pair of glasses has cured me of a chronic problem that I have had for years. Not only that, I do feel much more relaxed when I wear these, because I can visibly recognize that my eyes are not straining as hard with them on. I now not only wear these at my computer at work, but everywhere I go also.
