the MOST IMPORTANT baby item
After a month of sleepless nights with a newborn, we caved and bought the SNOO at 12:28 AM and it is hands-own the best middle-of-the-night purchase I’ve EVER made. We were starting with a baby that woke every 2-3 hours and was IMPOSSIBLE to get back to sleep after feedings. The first night with the SNOO our little man slept 5.5 hours, woke for a feeding (went RIGHT back to sleep) and then slept 5 MORE HOURS. We felt like new people! And it wasn’t beginners luck! The next night, he slept 4 hours, woke for feeding, then slept for another 5 hours. By the third night, his longest stretch of sleep was 7 HOURS! We continued on like this (waking once for feeding) for a month and a half until last night….our sweet baby slept for 10 HOURS! The whole night – all thanks to the SNOO. This is 100% a necessary purchase for those having a baby! I know it’s expensive but it is SO WORTH THE MONEY. Sleep is priceless and if you’re looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST BABY SHOWER GIFT ON THE PLANET, buy this.Run, don’t walk. And if you’re having a baby or trying for a baby, save up, do what you gotta do, and look for when it goes on sale because honestly, this bassinet is more necessary than pacifiers, diapers bags, and basically every baby item besides diapers tbh.

Bad for Twins, Don’t Buy Early
The Snoo is expensive, and Snoo for twins is doubly expensive. However, I bit the bullet in the hopes of better sleep. If you are thinking of doing the same, you should know that Snoo does not work with twins on Android. You need two seperate devices, which even if you have two phones for some reason, it is such a pain to figure out who is crying, find the right device, and then soothe them. By then, they have already gotten really awake. And for all of you who (like me) will be doing nights alone, good luck! You can only use the app for one baby.Further, the app kept disconnecting. The support was awful. Every time I asked for help, I got a list of 8+ steps I needed to do before they would help me. These were complicated steps like taking a photo of the code on the bottom of the snoo, getting a video of the problem, and showing my online receipt. Then, the video length they want is too long to send in an email, but they won’t help you unless you complete all of these steps. What new parent, especially with twins, has time to do all that? Finally, DO NOT BUY EARLY even for a sale. We had our twins several months after we bought our Snoo, because it was on sale then and because we were worried we would have premies. The support will only help you for exactly 6 months from your purchase, which for us was only after a few weeks of use. SO FRUSTRATING!

BUY IT! it’s worth it!
I’m real life mom of a 2 months old, what ever I write here is my honest review of the product.I didn’t want to spend that much money on a bassinet so I didn’t buy it ride a way when my baby arrived. but after 3 weeks and trying other bassinets which are cheaper(expensive for a reason /cheap for a reason) I finally bought the snow on sale and my baby start to sleep during nights. instead of spending lots of money on night nanny, get a snow. it doesn’t really help during the day for naps but the magic is during the night when your newborn gets 6 hours of sleep.

Excellent safe sleeping space
I got one for my granddaughter in her home and in mind. It’s safe comforting sleep to ensure she is on her back and cozy in the sleep sack

Best purchase ever. Worth the high cost
Having a newborn definitely isn’t easy, but the Snoo makes our lives so much easier! I wasn’t sure if it would work, and it did take some getting used to for everyone, but our two month old is sleeping the ENTIRE night almost everyday! We usually put baby down when completely asleep and even if he wakes up, the Snoo does it’s job and quickly rocks him back to sleep. Our first child was a terrible sleeper, but I couldn’t justify the cost of a Snoo. If you consider how often you use it a day and the cost per use, it really is a great value. If cost is a concern, definitely put it on your registry so friends and family can contribute to the cost.

Beware of Feature Paywall
When we originally purchased the SNOO, it seemed like the perfect fit for our growing family. Despite the steep price, we felt it was justified by the many features included at the time. It was exactly the kind of bassinet we wanted to invest in for our growing family. However, the company has since pulled a classic bait and switch. They recently released a new app that locks many of the previously free, included features behind a paywall. This feels incredibly deceptive, as we didnât purchase this product expecting to pay an additional $20+ per month just to access the same features we originally had. While the product itself is still good, the company’s actions leave much to be desired. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious, as thereâs no guarantee they wonât pull another stunt like this, leaving you with a product that doesnât deliver what you originally paid for.

Not for all babies
Started using it when she was 1 month old at baseline with motion control (not to exceed level 2). It didnât help her sleep longer. She still woke up every 3 hours. It didnât soothe her as the increased rocking only got her angrier. After a month of trying the snoo, we gave up and switched her over to a traditional crib. She started sleeping longer stretches (5 hours) in a traditional crib at around 10 weeks, which eventually increased to 8-9 hour stretches. Snoo is great if it works. Unfortunately our baby didnât love it. The snoo app is easy to use. We wish there was an option to customize it even further, to lock the maximum increased rocking to level 1 instead of level 2. Thereâs also no option to turn off the white noise.
