Works perfectly!
Perfect solution to Mom’s coffee going cold. She can take 30 mins to 4 hours to drink it – this keeps it warm, but unit does not get hot anywhere outside the heated area. Turns off after a time. SUPER easy to use – Set the temp one time. Now, press the marked area – ON. Press the marked area again – OFF.

I have had this for a couple of weeks now & use it every morning for my coffee. I had an old ceramic top one that had cracked & never did keep my coffee hot. I usually drink my coffee while on my laptop with my dog in my lap. I would have to get up several times and heat the coffee in the microwave. This one is amazing! It keeps my coffee hot enough so I don’t have to get up and go heat it in the microwave. It is super easy to use & you can adjust the temperature from 130 – 180 degrees. You can also set a timer from 1-to 12 hours to cut the unit off. Only thing to be careful about is that it is very sensitive to touch & could be turned on my mistake. I wouldn’t recommend using it where pets or children could get to itj. Otherwise, I love it and wish I’d purchased it sooner. It also comes in a variety of colors.

Perfect for winter
I got this for my mother in law who is a coffee addict. She’s a bit older and has a hard time getting up but she’s always going back and forth from her room to microwave her coffee. I got this and found it super easy to use and she was able to work the controls after just a few minutes. She was so excited and it warmed up fairly quickly. I also liked that it has an auto shut off function once you set a time duration for it. I will be buying one for myself eventually! LOL

Works great
I looked a long time for a mug warmer that got hot enough, and had a large enough warming area, to fit my variety of mugs and to truly keep my coffee warm. And it took me a while to find a warmer that did NOT automatically turn off every time the mug was lifted off of it (how do those types of warmers ever get hot enough if they turn off every time you take a sip of coffee?!). This mug warmer finally meets all of my needs and expectations. I actually find I only need to keep it on the lowest heat setting, because it truly fits even my largest mugs. A couple things I learned about this warmer though: The silicone pad is useless, it gets very hot while sitting on the heating area, and it actually warps on the highest heat setting, so I donât bother using it; and I find that some mugs will actually slightly stick to the heating area after sitting for a short period on it (I think itâs perhaps a bit of suction that is created under the mug) and if I lift the mug straight up, the warmer will start to lift with the mug, then fall off. To remedy this problem, I simply lift the handle side of the mug off the warmer slightly (to break any suction that may have formed) before lifting the mug all the way off the warmer. Easy enough to do, and problem solved. I LOVE this mug warmer. I bought three of them, so I could share my joy with others!

Pros and cons
This is very easy to use. If the bottom of your cup is not perfectly flat (many are a tiny bit concave) then it wonât heat the contents efficiently. The silicon piece on top is not attached and can be taken off for a larger smoother surface. This heater does heat my wood tabletop underneath it (significantly). My coffee also develops a skin on top that does not dissolve. Iâm not a fan of the last 2 characteristics, which could be something youâd experience with any similar item. This is my 1st and probably last, so Iâm not sure.
