I’ve had the Scanwatch since it came out and love it. Noticed the Scanwatch 2 on sale and decided to upgrade. Unfortunately they sent me a defective watch/charger. The watch wouldn’t charge. Withings customer service was running off a script for someone with 0 knowledge. I’d already told them I tried another cable and they kept asking if it was a USB-C cable. As if you could use any other type since the charger connection is USB-C. Contacted Amazon, asked for a replacement (didn’t want a refund, wanted a replacement that worked). They said a replacement was unavailable and I could only do a refund (looked afterwards and they were available, just the sale had ended). I really liked the watch, but the poor customer service from both Withings and Amazon resulted in the 1 star rating.

Knob issues
This is my second Withings watch.When the first one started having problems it began with the knod not functioning correctly at about 22 months followed by not at all at 24 months and the back seal failed and the back literally came off.I’ve had my second watch for 5 months now and the knob push feature is beginning to not function without multiple compressesFirst watch lasting 2 years is boarder line but the second watch purchased lasting possibly less than 6 months is unexecptable in my bookThese are not mistreated,I’m retired and only remove the watch to swim and charge

Awesome smart watch hybrid
I’ve been using withings products for over 7-8 years now. I have always gotten compliments on my previous watch the steel HR, and I still turn heads with my scan watch 2. Then when they see it has a built in EKG/electrocardiogram sensor… OLED screen… It’s awesome.Definitely a great upgrade from steel HR. I loved my steel HR and the improvements/evolution to the scan watch 2 are awesome. The steel HR had a vibration feature for timers, alarms, etc that was gentle and classy. The scan watch 2 haptic feedback is strong and I feel it in my bones. This thing will wake you up when you set an alarm. With the steel HR, sometimes I slept through it.Big super fan. Highly recommend.

I purchased this watch to âreplaceâ (but really join) the simpler version. My first one did not calculate my oxygen saturation or do ECG. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the actual beauty of the watch itself (I purchased the rose gold version). Iâm really loving the color. As for the functions included with this version, it is much more detailed. The heart rate function is the one I use the most as I have a heart condition that this watch helps me keep an eye on. I have to work with my cardiologist to get the ECG function up and working. As for the oxygen saturation reader it takes some getting used to. I have finally gotten to where I can actually get a reading instead of getting âINCONCLUSIVEâ! It was a bit frustrating at first but I get that message far less now.This watch has replaced my Apple Watch as this one seems to be more what I need to keep track of my health. It will give notifications for low heart rate & high heart rate and Iâm sure other functions send notifications as well. I just havenât needed other ones at this point. One thing I have noticed with this edition is that when you go into the functions to check things, the hands literally move to the 10:10 position so they do not block the readout screen. I did have difficulty seeing âthroughâ the hands on the other watch. As soon as you exit the functions the hands go back to the current time. This only happens if the time of day is at a time when the hands are obstructing the functions screen.All in all Iâm VERY GLAD that I purchased this watch!

Good watch, but my piece was defective
I have owned two previous generations of the Withings Watch series. The Nokia Steel HR, and the Withings Smartwatch. I couldn’t be happier with those watches. They have the functionality that make smartwatches useful without the unnecessary bells and whistles that turn them into a smartphone strapped to your wrist. The battery lasts weeks, and the watch feels solid like a traditional analog watch – the type you would wear for years and it would keep ticking along.So when the new Scanwatch 2 was announced, I decided to get an upgrade. From a functionality standpoint, it is an upgrade. The temperature sensor is great – it warns you of changes in your average temperature. The concept is brilliant – if you are about to come down with something and are alerted of this by your watch then you could preemptively take it easy – cancel workouts and appointments and maybe try to avoid the full force of the cold/flu etc. The rest is about the same with a general feel of fine tuning.Unfortunately, two days after wearing the watch, without any events (falls etc.) the crown stopped working. Pressing the crown would not turn the screen on as it should. I tried resetting the watch, updating the firmware, re-paring it with my phone but the issue appeared to be a real defect in the watch.I tried contacting Withings support. The website said that reps were available over chat, but clicking on chat just made you wait indefinitely – hours and nobody showed up. I could request a phone appointment, but the next appointment I could book was a month later.I posted in Withings online forum about my problem, expressing a willingness to help debug the issue. But I did not get a response. Moreover, I found complaints of the same problem by other customers that had gone months without an answer. Why a company would run an online forum for customers to post problems and leave it unattended is beyond me.Anyway, from my experience I concluded that the newest generation is not getting the love that the previous generations did.

Compre en diciembre este reloj. Su funcionamiento habÃa sido bueno hasta el dÃa de ayer que el botón seleccionador dejo de funcionar. Al no funcionar hay problemas para cargarlo y no puedo seleccionar ninguna de las opciones de uso. Muy caro para la calidad. Compré varias correas de 20 mm de ancho con cierre rápido, asà la cambio de vez en cuándo en cuestión de segundos. El reloj funciona a las mil maravillas, no hay pega alguna, da la hora 𤪠y mide continuamente la actividad. Me parece muy robusto con el cristal de zafiro. Lo que más me gusta es que al no activarle notificaciones de aplicaciones, porque no me interesan, parece un reloj analógico pero discretamente registra todos los datos relativos a la actividad y la salud, tan discreto como que queda entre el y yo ð, y nadie se entera de nada. La baterÃa dura un montón y se carga genial con el cargador que trae. No es barato, pero a mà me ha merecido la pena, tras varios meses de uso le doy un 10.

Nachdem ich nun rund 2 Monate die Uhr Tag und Nacht getragen und ausgiebig beim Sport und der Schlafanalyse (gekoppelt mit Apple Health) genutzt habe, möchte ich nun Feedback geben.Ich bin kurzum sehr begeistert und kann eine Kaufempfehlung nur nochmals bestätigen. Die Uhr hat einen sehr guten Tragekomfort, auch wenn man sie zum Schlafen trägt. Die Uhr stört mich beim tragen zu keiner Zeit und liefert zuverlässige Ergebnisse. Am besten gefallen mir jedoch die Ãberwachungsfunktionen der Uhr in Verbindung mit der zugehörigen Withings-App. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und minimalistisch gestaltet. So habe ich morgens blitzschnell eine Ãbersicht über meine Daten. Toll finde ich auch die vielen Erläuterungen zu Gesundheitsdaten und die verschiedenen Abzeichen / Mitteilungen bei verschiedenen Zielerreichungsgraden. Das motiviert mich persönlich definitiv. Das beste Ergebnis erziel man vermutlich im Zusammenspiel mit weiterem Zubehör von Withings wie dem Blutdruckmesser oder der Waage. Dies kann ich jedoch leider nicht rezensieren, da ich nur die Uhr besitze.Optik und Verarbeitung:Die Uhr wirkte gleich beim auspacken sehr hochwertig verarbeitet, bei der Scanwatch 2 hat Withings zum Vorgänger auch echt nochmal einen draufgepackt – sehr schick und hochwertiges Ziffernblatt . Das kann ich jetzt nach intensiver Tragedauer im Alltag, beim Sport, beim schlafen usw. nur bestätigen. Das Edelstahl-Gehäuse sieht richtig edel aus. Mir persönlich gefällt die Optik sehr gut, da sie an eine klassische Uhr anknüpft und lediglich über das kleine runde Feld die smartwatch-Daten abgelesen werden. Ich finde die GröÃe und schlichte Darstellung der Daten optimal. Wer jedoch bunte und grafische Darstellungen sucht, ist bei der Scanwatch falsch. Auch die Akkulaufzeit mit ca. 30 Tagen ist genial !Installation und Funktionen:Die Einrichtung der Uhr war kinderleicht und in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Nach einer Verbindung mit der Withings-App und ein paar kurzen Dateneingaben war es schon erledigt und die Uhr startklar. Die Bedingung der Funktionen erfolgt über das kleine Zahnrad an der Seite (drücken und drehen).Die Pulsmessung, EKG und Blutsauerstoff funktionieren sehr gut, wobei die Messungen natürlich keine Untersuchungen bei einem Arzt ersetzen. Die Daten und der Verlauf des EKG können in der App eingesehen werden. Die Funktion für Atemübungen finde ich sehr gut umgesetzt. Für meinen Sport und als Anhaltspunkt meiner körperlichen Verfassung absolut ausreichend und zielführend.Preis-Leistung:Also mit 320⬠UVP ist die Uhr nicht gerade günstig. Ich finde Preis jedoch für das was die Uhr bietet angemessen. Wer eine Uhr im klassischen Design mit tollen Zusatz-Funktionen sucht wird hier fündig. Ich würde die Uhr wieder kaufen
