Lightweight and ergonomic hair dryer
So far so good with this hair dryer. I have been using it daily for 6 months and it is still working great. It’s pricey, so I’ll definitely update this review if it stops working. That said, this is a great design for fine, straight, short hair. The brush and finger diffuser attachments make styling easy and give my hair lots of volume. It’s very lightweight (the heavy gun-shaped hair dryers make my arms and wrists hurt), so using this dryer is a pleasure. Would prefer separate controls for heat and airflow volume, but that’s not a deal-breaker. All things considered, I’m happy with this purchase.

This is not only pretty and in a rose color, but I have found my favorite new hair tool. Drying in about the same time as a dryer, but no need for any other tools after! Seriously in love with this. No more killing my hair with irons and straighteners. I have little to no frizz, and a walk out the door blow out. A great price point, and a super buy.

This was great while it worked. I have a lot of hair and its thick, so it was great at thoroughly drying it but it was great in styling. However, not even a year in the part where the head and dryer snap together broke! I didn’t drop, I’m not rough with it, I literally picked it up to use it and the snaps literally crumbled! Such a waste of money.Update: I contacted CHI. They said it fell under warranty but I’d need to pay $15 shipping to get it to them and $15 shipping for them to return it. That’s basically half the price of this thing. You might as well invest your money on something else.

Lightweight enough to manage with one hand.
I recently had rotator cuff surgery on my dominant arm, which makes my normal hair drying routine of using a hair dryer and round brush impossible. I own the Revlon brush/dryer combo but found it heavy and hard to manage with one hand/arm. After doing some research, I settled on the Chi 4-in-1 blowout brush. It’s lightweight, but powerful and has made styling my shoulder length bob relatively easy with one hand. Also, since it’s lightweight and the attachments can be removed, it will pack easily in a suitcase and make it perfect for travel. This has worked perfectly for my needs and was a good purchase.

Gives Volume to Flat Hair
I’ve used this a half dozen times now. I use my big blow dryer first to remove a lot of the moisture. Then I use this as more of a styling aid. Use the large round attachment at the roots to help give you volume. I wish it was more of a rounder shape. I think it’s expensive and am hoping it lasts a while. Not a total solution for my straight flat hair but it helps. Can create fly aways if you use it when your hair is too dry, so be careful.

Where has this been all my life?
If you are like me and struggle with the round brush, this is just what you need. I make sure I dry my hair all the way with my blow dryer before using this, because you are not supposed to use these on wet hair. I have not tried the actual dryer on this device, but I will because I plan on taking it on a trip and I would rather only have to bring one with me. My hair is shorter, about chin length with some layers. The round brush is large, but It works great. Took a couple of times using it to get the hang of it, but it is great. I have flat irons from this brand and my regular hair dryer, and I have had a lot of luck with them. My only complaint is that it was obvious someone else bought this and sent it back because it was not packaged like new. It works great, though.

I got it and I don’t liked it because the heat is very low and does not do the job as it was supposed be done. The cheap ones are much better than this one. I got it for $196 +tax it becomes to $216 +shipping. When I decided to return it I had to pay for the shipping almost $22. And the seller told me that he has to cut off 20% of the amount that I paid!!! He said that wasmentioned on our policy return! But where I don’t know?? So the end I paid almost $250 but he only wanted to refund me $60!!!! I was so disappointed with that. I contacted the Amazon customer service, they said this is a third party sells! I have no idea what does that mean! ðThey were very nice and did the investigation and hopefully I will get the whole amount of the refund. Stay away from this seller.

Parts are plastic and unit feels cheap and wobbly. Blowout brush attachment broke after 4 uses. Past the window to return through Amazon. Amazon directed me to Chi customer service. They were willing to replace product but required me to send $20 USD for shipping. Honestly, I donât expect the new one to last any longer than this one. I will not be investing anymore money into this product. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this product.
