This is a review for the silver cat eye colour that doesn’t seem to be available anymore. The pictures made it seem like you could use it as a top coat on any colour to make it cat-eye but that doesn’t really seem to be the case, as it was really just a silver cat eye and trying to put random colours underneath just looked really bad. It is totally fine as a silver cat eye nail polish on it’s own though. The shine is excellent and the magnet it comes with is strong and really easy to use. I did find that the glitter sort of melts a little bit after using the magnet so my design isn’t quite the way I wanted it. I’ve used a lot of cat eye gel polish and none of them have done that before so I thought that was really weird. But otherwise it’s exactly as expected and it cures fine and looks great.Overall, it’s a fine cat eye nail polish.

I got the Clear Cat Eye gel. First of all, very happy with the size of the bottle, it also comes with a small magnet to use if you don’t already own one. The metallic particle is dense and suspended in regular clear gel so this can be layered over any base colour to create a cat eye. I honestly think the clear cat eye gel is all you need as the metallic particles will reflect and play with whatever base colour you have on so you can create dramatic contrasts with darker colours and subtle shimmers with lighter colours.
