Really delicious milk powder
I absolutely love this milk for my coffee. Makes a huge difference in taste and convenience etc. I donât use it in anything else. The taste is really smooth and creamy and even a little bit sweet. I have been using almond milk for years and after trying this, I wish I had tried it sooner. It requires a little work to remove the clumps. It wonât work with cold or room temperature water. I warm up water on the stove and whisk it in and make enough to put in the fridge for a few days. This large bag is pricey but for the amount you can make with it I think itâs really worth it. Especially if you want good quality ingredients without all the preservatives, gums, etc., which is why I buy this. Some of the clean almond milks are really expensive and last less than a week. Thereâs no waste with this.

What is Not to Love?
I searched for a non-milk powder to have on hand on the occasion I run out of store-bought non-milk like almond, cashew, oatmeal, etc. I tried whole and skim milk powders (dairy), but these do not last very long even refrigerated, plus apparently dairy now tends to upset my stomach. I’m happy to save a cow and use non-dairy products instead! And this is a super earth friendly product! After the last milk powder turned very sour, still evoking a Pavlovian gag reflex, I researched non-dairy powders and this coconut powder is what I decided on. And it does not disappoint! Not only is it very healthy, but it has a very light, sweet taste! Add additional powder for a richer, more flavorful result. Plus, the expiration shows as about 2 years from now, Yay for that! The bag states to store in a cool, dry place. I store in my refrigerator simply for easy reach.Of note, the contents are a bit clumpy and the first use, it did not dissolve well at all. User error! Re-reading the instructions, I used warm water and a wisk, and the coconut powder dissolves very well and quickly! Easy enough to create a pitcher ahead of time, store in the refrigerator, and have it available chilled if that is your preference.

Taste like real whole milk
This product is great, when drinking it cold of course it tastes 90 percent like real whole milk.Can taste no difference when used in cereal, and it lasts a long time have made 4 pitchers so far and probably have enough for at least 6 more.

Gaot Milk Powder dissolves easily
Besides tasting great, rich and creamy, this powder dissolves easily in warm water. I haven’t tried it in cold water. Will buy again.

Usually fantastic, recently not as good
I’ve used this coconut milk powder for years, and it’s my favorite. Smooth. creamy and mild flavor. But the last batch was not so good, the creaminess is gone and I need to add twice as much to get a similar effect in my coffee. Hoping it’s just a one-off, I really would prefer not to have to switch to another brand.

Okay wow….I’ve had a lot of powdered milk in my day but this one blew me away. I got it bc I go through a lot of whole milk. I figured at the least I could use this in coffee but it mixes so well and the taste is SO much better than any other powdered milk I have ever had. I have also ordered from this brand before and really like the quality of their products. I am just overall impressed. I looked through all of the powdered milks on Amazon that I could find and this was by far the best value. It also mixes well to chill and drink. Really is a great value verses buying a gallon of whole milk at $4.00/a gallon since I use about a gallon every two days. I am SO impressed! I do suggest just using some warm water or lukewarm water to mix and a shaker bottle if necessary but again it mixes so much easier than any other powdered milk I have ever used. The taste is so rich and creamy! I absolutely love it 🙂

NOT just coconut milk, NOT Keto, Not zero sugars, much misinformation
I bought this product 8 times during 2020 and 2021 That is 16 pounds total of what I believed was just coconut milk powder. On the Amazon listing, in 2 places it says “Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder Organic” . ( period) . The bag says ” keto friendly”. Now, looking closer, l see that is simply NOT TRUE . The pic I attached shows the back of the bag saying ” Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Maltodextrin”. So that explains the unusually sweet taste! And that explains why I gained so much weight during that period.The nutrition label label is flat out wrong . If you look at the nutrition label Iabel in the pic, it says ” total sugars : 0″ and ” total added sugars: 0″ ! That is right next to where they tell you that the sugar maltodextrin is an added ingredient! This is serious flat out misinformation. Maltodextrin is added sugar. I feel deceived. The product is quite very sweet and almost candy-like to me. Maltodextrin is not super sweet, so I suspect there is quite a bit added . For all we know, there could be 10%, 20%, 30%, or more maltodextrin in this product. Maltodextrin is higher than cane sugar on the gycemIc index, yet it does not taste nearly as sweet. From Wikipedia : “maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose and may be either moderately sweet or almost flavorless”.In no way is this this product “keto friendly”! No one could eat much of this “coconut milk” and follow a keto diet. It would take not much of this product to quickly throw your body out of ketosis. Maltodextrin has an even higher glycemic index (GI) than table sugar. This means that maltodextrin can cause a sharp increase, or spike, in peopleâs blood sugar shortly after they eat foods that contain it.I bought this originally because I loved the way it tastes and that it was supposedly healthy and I was unwell, and trying to heal. At that time I was recovering from a severe illness and was trying to eat as healthy as humanely possible. Also, my blood sugar metabolism was messed up, so i was trying to eat zero refIned sugars and only eat foods low on the glycemic index. I was also trying to reduce inflammation and keeping blood balanced helps .I always had lingering doubts about this coconut milk because it really seemed just too delicious and sweet to be only dried coconut milk like the ingredients said. But for 2 years, I ignored my doubts just because it tasted so good, plus on Amazon , the ingredients listed just said ” coconut milk organic” and plus the bag says ” keto friendly”.Anyway, after ordering and eating 16lbs of the Micronutrients so-called Coconut milk” powder, I finally came to my senses and stopped ordering it because I could no longer ignore my intelligence ( and taste buds) screaming at me that this product is not what it claims to be!But only today, 2 years after I stopped buying this product, did I find out for sure that i was right about this product being not what it claims to be!Honestly, I feel deceived and and violated.
