Taste great, mix easily.
I use while bike riding. These taste great and mix very easily. What I did find was a whole pack in my 21oz water bottle was a bit sweet. So I simply mix half of the pack into 20-21oz water bottle. They help maintain your energy level in a great, refreshing way. I use two water bottles while riding. I mix one bottle with half a pack, one bottle plain water. Works great.

Easy for travel
We use Skratch in the bulk bag, but we needed an easier package for our upcoming travel. These are sealed 1 serving packages that I can just dump into my water bottle for easy, quick, flavorful hydration. I got the variety pack to try some new flavors but my standby is always lemon-lime.I like SKatch better than the other brands because there is no artificial sweetener or Stevia etc. It’s just old-fashioned sugar.

Decent product, mid taste
A little too much sugar for my liking, but if youâre an athlete, this product is great. It doesnât taste the best, like watered down lemonade, but it gets the job done. I am a runner and the sugar is beneficial for when I am actually running, so I donât see it as a downside.

Tastes so much better than LiquidIV
I was drinking water with LiquidIV on really hot days or when I was a little dehydrated, but the sweetners always tasted a little…distracting. I found out about Skratch from reddit and it is so much tastier. I don’t have to try to drown out the taste by adding way too much water (and therefore reducing the efficacy). It has the perfect ratio of glucose and electrolytes to replace what you lose through sweat when exercising, especially on hot days. If I know I’ll be sweating a lot, I always have a water bottle with a skratch labs drink in it to sip regularly.If you’re using this as a rehydration drink, you should sip it slowly and regularly over an hour–don’t chug it all at once.

This stuff is great but you must remember to have this and then hydrate with water⦠it doesnât hydrate you, it kicks your body into hydrate mode which you have to follow up with drinking plenty of water. I donât thinks some people understand how they work.
