Prospects say
Prospects are happy with the standard of the hanging ornaments. Nevertheless, some prospects have reported that the ornaments are very brittle and laborious to snap collectively. In addition they dislike the match. Opinions differ on performance, sizing, and worth for cash.

Well packaged.
I ordered several other sizes of balls from a different company. These larger balls were better protected with individual bags. The only issue is that they were packed tightly together which created a few minor cracks in a few of the balls. They were still functional and the cracks were not obvious. These ARE somewhat fragile and if you plan to empty and refill multiple times they may not last long. I am using they to hold Christmas tree ornaments with some fake snow included in each ball… for the past 47 years we have purchased a different ornament each year. The balls brought unity to the tree and it was beautiful.

Simple, arrived quickly and none broken. They are pretty fragile (brittle) plastic though so if you are using them for cutting out a life-size BB-8 lens be very careful. I cracked several of mine in the process.) They work very well for making custom ornaments (as intended) though I would recommend a drop of super glue to keep the halves together once the insides are filled to your liking. At this price, it’s worth it for the kids to make their own ornaments and easy to find things to put inside them like Hot Wheels, Lego Minifigs, pictures, artwork, clay sculptures and even some cotton balls and glitter can make in interesting ornament.

Plastic Fragile Balls
The balls came. I just unpacked these a few weeks after purchase. Some were already cracking on the edges. I noticed that they crack very easy. I was trying to trace around one side. Be very careful as the are very brittle. They are a simple plastic ball. I just used the other side.

Fantastic, Globe-tastic, Hard Plastic!
I use these every year to create custom ornaments. They are unexpectedly sturdy and resistant to cracks (within reason). As part of my craft work, I sometimes need to cut sections out of one or both of the hemispheres, and it takes some doing – the plastic is very dense. They seem to have a glossy finish to them, so painting them on the inside allows the color to truly shine. So glad to find these at this price, in bulk. Buying them on a per unit basis at a craft store cost significantly more. When last I checked, these were no longer carried by one of the larger craft stores in the Northeast. It should go without saying, but if you’re not metric-educated, find yourself a metric ruler and be sure you get the right size for your needs.Very happy with the purchase.

Half the Shipment was Unusable
I donât normally write reviews but this shipment was disappointing, which is unlike them as Iâve ordered many times in the past.Upon opening the shipment, two sides were cracked and unusable. So I was down to ten ornaments. Upon checking them, three more were cracked along the lip of the ornament. They can still close and are secured (which saved this review some stars) but if you look along the edges you can clearly see they are chipped.Very disappointing and Iâm hoping this isnât the new standard for this listing.

Fun way to make personalized ornaments and keepsakes.
I bought these ornaments so we can do some crafts with the kids at Christmas time. They are strong and durable and hold together rather well. I was able to fit the hospital bracelets for my baby in them as well. The kids had a blast trying to figure out what they were going to make to put inside of them. They are great to make little keepsakes with for your Christmas tree that can be remembered for years to come. Next year, I will probably buy more and make them as gifts for family members.

Trash
Out of the entire package I got 7 total ornaments.10 of the halves are unusable. They are either cracked or unable to snap into another half.Assembly is a joke. They all appear to be cut the same so they do t snap together. Had to spend 15 min trying to match ends up. ( which was hard to do when 1/2 were broken!Returning.Iâll go to the craft store and spend double the price to have something thatâs easy to work with

Nah.
Many were cracked and I didn’t have time to file a claim and return them and wait for more to arrive. It was also hard to put the two halves together for those that were not cracked. I gave two stars because once we salvaged through to find those that were not cracked, they did serve the purpose.
