Our fashionable applied sciences are bombarding us with electromagnetic fields (EMFs) now greater than ever. Are EMFs actually dangerous and if that’s the case, to what diploma? Are all EMFs dangerous? The EMF controversy has now pitted scientists, motion teams and the expertise trade into inflexible corners. In “Electromagnetic Well being,” the creator clearly and objectively presents the proof and newest analysis from a perspective that embraces each the scientific and pure well being communities. All the spectrum of electromagnetic radiation is completely examined, from fashionable applied sciences to nature’s sources. Extra importantly, the knowledge offered in “Electromagnetic Well being” invokes a wholly new and interesting perspective — one that will simply change the EMF dialog utterly.

Well Referenced and Organized Treatment of EMF, RF, Nonionizing Radiation
This book by Casey Adams, Ph.D. is a thorough read on electromagnetic radiation (EMR) starting with the basics – the world we live in in surrounded by a marvelous electromagnetic field that deflects cosmic radiation, protecting us. Our own body is a source and sink for electromagnetic energy. The author includes chapters on eastern views of the human body such as healing through the Chakras, Healthy Sunlight, and Crystal therapy — not mainstream in western medicine, but put forward in a readable way, and well referenced. My main interest was in the chapters on Radiation Research, and EMF Strategies for mitigation or avoidance of EMF in one’s personal space. I cannot see how this author missed citing Microwave News as an online resource. This review is by Jane Clemmensen, the author of Nonionizing Radiation: A Case for Federal Standards

Wealth of information!
Woah! I’m amazed by the amount of background research that has gone into this book. For the start, the author explains about electromagnetism in depth – from its origins to its current understanding and applications. Then he moves on to portray the body’s electromagnetism based on contemporary medical research and findings. In the third chapter, he takes a dive into ancient health and medical systems like Yoga, Ayurveda, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and explains how the knowledge exposited in those systems are perfectly in alignment with latest findings about body’s electromagnetic nature. Building upon this strong foundation, the author discusses about the potential health impact of electromagnetic radiations and suggests ways to safeguard ourselves from being affected. Highly recommended reading!

More Information Than I Was Really Looking For!
In looking for options to help in dealing with my sensitivity to radio frequencies from wireless, I found this book provided extensive detail that helped in understanding electrical frequencies and what may be happening to cause the sensitivity. I found it overwhelming initially in it’s detail, but found that by reading it in segments made it much easier to digest. Many of his suggestions for remediation have already been implemented and others are still being considered. Through the information I found in his book and elsewhere, I’ve been able to decrease the sensitivity somewhat and expect that eventually I’ll conquer it entirely.

well researched and tons of information. I read the chapters that I’m most interested in. Each chapter can stand on its own for information.

This is an exceptional book. It is clear, detailed, and extremely informative on the science of electromagnetic fields, both the electrical and the magnetic aspects, and equally clear and informative on the human biology relevant to this issue. My only small regret is that the section on how we can help ourselves did not offer a wider range of elements. He ends his book on a very up-beat note, suggesting that we should see this threat as a stimulating challenge to our self-awareness and knowledge. At the time I was feeling extremely afraid because I have many times been found to be hyper electrosensitive, so found his suggestion rather glib – but since then I have learnt ways of helping myself which leave me feeling much more empowered, so I appreciate it more! I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in unfoldments in modern health, alternative practitioners, and also people who want to learn more about the science of electrical activity within the body.He has written a raft of books which I will be going on to explore, and if reads these reviews, I send me sincere thanks for the important body of work he is offering us at this time in our history, when it is so needed.

I have seldom come across such intellectual rigour coupled with such open-mindedness. But having read some of Case Adams’ other books already, the truth is, I was expecting it. What I did not expect, was for him to go way beyond what I thought was the issue and reframe the debate completely, in the most empowering way.
