But I like best about this butter mold is first the one tablespoon measurement is already marked and second after they’re chilled solid they just pop right out. Ready to wrap and refrigerate or freeze.

Color is tough to gauge
As I pour my butter into the tray, itâs very tough to see the top before it spills over. Had to use a flashlight to see better while filing. Iâve used a blue colored tray in the past and had no issues.
