I absolutely love this product. I have two small dogs and a cat and purchased this product twice. One for the dogs and one for the cat. It helps my dogs not get ear infections and the size of the bowl helps my cat not pretend sheâs starving. 🙂 I have one question thoughâ¦. More for food than water
I’ve had a dog (or dogs) for a very long time and I’ve always had gallons of water around for all the pets. Now that my last dog passed away from old age I’m trying to find a new way. The cat food hasn’t changed but water has. So I thought this would be a good first attempt to see if this will fit.The first thing I noticed is being at an angle means the water will spill out if the bowls are more than half full. I solved this by cutting the angle off the wood end pieces. Now it sits flat. I have both dishes filled with water next to the dry food.The second thing is that the orange silicone mat wasn’t sitting flat. It comes wrapped around everything else in the box. Leaving it out over night didn’t help so I put it on my deck in the hot sun. Now it’s good.

Cute Setup that Has Issues
This feeder is super cute and comes with 4 different bowls, a fifth collapsible travel bowl and a silicone mat; a great value for the money. I was very impressed when I opened the minimally packed box. The only thing that stood out immediately was the silicone mat being more orange than in the pics and it also felt cheap.Bowls washed and filled…then Houston, we have a problem! it became instantly obvious that 40-50% of the water is going to spill due to the tilted design. My larger 17 lbs cat will need his water refilled at least twice a day (a deal killer!) or a separate water bowl. He also refused to use the feeder from the lower end and walked around to the higher one, likely found it more comfortable? Maybe this feeder works best for smaller cats or kittens, but the description only stated it wasn’t suitable for “larger dogs”.

love it! it’s beautifully made, the stand, the ceramic bowls especially – w/the little designs in the bottom are really nice & they’re adorable too! u also get a plastic mat to place under the entire bowl set-up. you also receive extra dishes: a plastic collapsable & a metal one. so all of the bases are covered & it looks really NICE!! i’m totally pleased and happy with this entire thing. thank u for making such a great, lovely product! 🙂 i also had NO clue that pets were possibly straining their necks by eating out of dishes on the floor. are they? apparently.*i’m very emphatic, u can see, by all of the exclamation marks i included, haha.
