So cute. Sizing was accurate.
My pup has a 12 inch neck. The small fits her well. She’s 25lbs. Cocker cattle dog mutt mix.The holly won’t last forever, but it’s a thick felt, and removable when it looks too worn. It doesn’t seem to bother her at all.

He got so many compliments and looked great, I ended up keeping it on for a couple of months. Highly recommend if you want a bit of flare on your dog, but not put full clothes on him. He is a terrier mix, 16lbs and neck size is 13in.
