I ordered this in memory of my young, beautiful niece who was murdered by an ex-boyfriend. I gifted it early to my sister and her family for their Christmas tree. Before ordering I wasnât sure what to expect since some of the reviewers were not totally satisfied with their order. I was afraid of being disappointed but I took courage in the reviews which stated that the company did their best to make things right by them. I held my breath while opening my package- and there was her beautiful smiling face! The picture was clear, positioned correctly and I was so thankful that tears sprang to my eyes. This item is inexpensive but the sentimental value is huge! I hope the workers who make this product understand how much it means to the loved ones who order it. I guess I must say that the name printed underneath the picture was not completely clear but thatâs not all that important. Her face is clear and discernible across the room. She smiled down at us from her perch on the tree for all of Christmas. Thank you so very, very much.

Purchased this ornament for a dear friend whose husband recently and totally unexpectedly passed.I happened to have her favorite photo of him and submitted it along with his birth and death year. It came back so lovely that I hope sheâll feel his spirit with her as the holidays approach.Some of these specialty ornaments are printed on both sides, but this is only on one side; however, it doesnât take a thing away from it on the ceramic medium I preferred and will ensure this ornament lasts many years.I liked it enough to order another for someone else.
