Owlet is an anxiety reliever!
My wife and I are so pleased with our owlet. We are blessed by the assurance that our daughter is being monitored and we will be alerted if her oxygen levels are low or pulse rate changes while she sleeps. Before having an owlet, we scare awaked several times checking her breathing, not knowing if she was sleeping soundly. Now we have assurance! We highly recommend this product!

For someone who suffers from severe anxiety this monitor is such a blessing. I never have to worry about SIDS and makes me feel better about co-sleeping. I love that it come with socks for right or left foot and different sizes makes the sock last longer. 10/10 would recommend as a first time mom.

Consistently loosing connection
The sock consistently looses connection making it nearly impossible to keep the base in our room while the baby sleeps in theirs. When connection is lost, is will continuously make loud alerts on both the base & your phone. The idea on this brought is great & gives peace of mind that you’re baby is safe, however execution needs to be better. I recommend the manufacturer increase the signal limiting disruptions. For reference, my home is not very large ~1700 square feet & my room is right next to the baby’s room.

I looooove the Owlet! It is on the expensive side but itâs worth every penny. As a first time mom I wanted something that would ease my mind when my baby was sleeping. I can watch him while Iâm in another room . Watch his heart rate/ oxygen levels. It tells me the room temperature/ humidity and noise level. Going to try my best to get my sister one !

Peace of mind
No one knows what causes SIDS. The thought of this kept me up at night. The sock tracker feels like the only reason I can sleep with peace of mind. It takes 10 minutes for the sock to update average O2 and I donât fall asleep until it does. If anything goes wrong at night, I have confidence that this will wake me up so I can address any issues with baby. Camera has a bit of a lag. Sleep tracker is okay. Active sleep registered as awake for us.

This was the only reason I began to get sleep with my newbornâ¦. It helped ease my mind knowing iâd be woken up if anything were to go on!! Just buy it, you will not regret it!!!

Parents…give yourselves a break from worrying.
Whenever my Grandson would sleep, we pretty much took turns watching his chest rise and fall because we were all so worried about him potentially stopping breathing. We got one of these things and we all slept a bit better not having to worry as much. By the third week, our sleep was almost normal again. You never really completely stop worrying about a newborn until they are a toddler. I got my sister one and explained to her how it worked, so she could try to get some meaningful sleep again since she was also on the struggle bus with my nephew. It’s expensive, but it is well worth the money.
