I liked the scale in the bowl, but the app, connection, and customer help needs some work. There is not a 2 in 1 bowl app to connect the bowl manually in the app, and the app will not find the smart bowl at all. I have tried two separate bowls. I wrote the email address that was in the product manual, it has been a week since I wrote them, and I havenât heard anything. Really wanted the smart bowl to work so bad. Just didnât. Hope they improve, cause think it would be good, but the technology is just not there.

This is a cool gadget for a small dog, but it’s not really worth the price. They have nice ones that are way cheaper that are the exact same product. Don’t jump on this one just because of the brand.

I actually used this for my rabbit’s meals while I was not home and this worked perfectly. THis food is like pellets and it worked fine. It Lso holds a good amount. I enjoy the voice option so he feels comfort. The app is pretty easy to navigate. I had no issues so far with it. Overall it’s a decent product, I thought it was a bit pricey compared to others.
