It is quite fun and it comes with the gloves. It is very easy to knock down, so I don’t think it would be comparable to the real punch bag. I have a stand up punching bag at home which was too hard for the kid. This one is great as I don’t have to worry about them getting hurt and at the same time they can get a feeling of punching and kicking. I don’t think this is not something to train their strength but their speed. At the end, it’s more for fun then anything too serious. Great toy.
