Perfect Size and Easy to Fill
We had one of the massive plastic water dispensers for our dogs, and while the size was great it would go so long between fills it got gross. It started leaking so we bought this and it is perfect. We only have to fill it twice a week, and the stainless steel insert is easy to take out an clean. It’s also easier to handle than the massive one we had before.

First impression: Cheaply made
I was really disappointed when I received the water dispenser because many reviews said it was good quality – I did not find that to be the case. First the box it came in was poorly taped. It felt thrown together. The pieces were thrown into giant plastic bags. I thought maybe I received a previously used unit because there were scratches on the top that says “Gardner Pet”. The instructions were just xeroxed onto a thin piece of office paper. The plastic for the base and the dispenser attachment look thin and flimsy (about 1.5 mm thick). The clear plastic bottle for holding the water also feels like a cheap plastic. It is labeled PET 1.The product did cold with a cleaning brush, which is a nice edition. But even the quality of that is questionable

I have assembled as instructed – the auto waterer – Don’t waste your time. The drop down water regulator – only allows less than an inch of water in the water bowl – the cats would have to put their entire head in the bowl for them to get water and then their tongue would be touching the bottom all the time which in turn would create a fast brewing slime – not a doable situation. RETURNING

Would give this five stars if I didn’t get one that got rust dots after only one month of use. I also don’t know how to reach the seller to maybe get a replacement piece.Other than that, It’s easy to assemble, clean and refill. Love the concept of the aluminum water container to avoid bacteria buildup. Didn’t realize it would rust though…
