Light sensor is a great touch
These are pretty standard string lights with pretty standard animations. They take 4 AA batteries instead of the normal 3, so I’m hoping that means they last longer.They have a time feature, but the best is the light sensor feature. Automatically turning on a dusk is so much better than trying to time when to turn on the lights manually. Definitely earned an extra star for that.

Cute & Bright Colorful Christmas lights
This light string is just what I was looking for to add a pop of color and brightness to an area in my home where there is no plug available. I might weave these into my pine and holly garland that drapes around our fireplace…or may place down a hallway. Or since it has a light sensor for power on/off, I may put these on the porch. It’s nice to have light up features outside that you don’t have to worry about going out in the cold to turn off late at night.The cable on these feel pretty strong and do not tangle as easily as other battery operated lights I’ve used.Bonus, the battery compartment has strong clasps to hold it closed versus tiny screws. So much easier and faster to work with!There are a lot of different patterned light flashes to choose from.I really like the light sensor option (there is also on/off & timer) which turns on at dusk and stays on for 6hrs. I did try it and it worked perfectly for bright sunlight.Additional info you might find helpful, the distance from the battery box to the first bulb is 45 1/2″ .C6 bulb size is 1 1/8″ long.I would highly recommend these lights for the current price of $15.Will update if there are any issues.
