Works good – glitches sometimes
I use this for my babies nap. I like that the price is lower than the competitors. The range is good and the quality of the image is good as well. It is used mostly in the dark, and the quality is just as good when the light is on in the room. The charge doesn’t last super long, maybe 2 naps at most. Only issue I have is the camera glitches every once and a while. Other than that, it’s easy to use!

Wow! This monitor is so killer for the price. I was given a used monitor at our baby shower & unfortunately it didnât work. Looked everywhere for a cheap option & picked this one. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Will be recommending to ALL moms. Picture is honestly so great day or night. Camera can move if baby moves around. Can change brightness, volume & sound sensitivity. Shows room temperature, can play lullabyâs, can set timers for yourself, & you can talk to your baby through the monitor. For $40, I am more than pleased. If you are on the fence, do it!! You will not regret buying this monitor!

Disappointed
We had a second child and the camera we bought for our toddler was discontinued, so we couldn’t just use that one. So, I went on the hunt to purchase 2 cameras and a monitor at once. I can’t stand this model compared to our 1st.You have to exit looking at your kid on the monitor and enter several different things to adjust the volume. Why is that horrible? For example, If it is the middle of the night, my toddler starts crying/ screaming, and I can’t turn it down fast enough to not wake up my newborn who is still in the room with us. (Real life situation). Another example, is trying not to let it wake up your partner to sleep a little more. There is no external volume button or anything quickly accessible ob the screen.The sound sensitivity is too off. My toddler can be jumping on his bed and chatting up a storm, and the baby monitor never alerts us. But god forbid I turn his white noise machine up too high, because then the screen doesn’t turn off and keeps our room illuminated and we also get to listen to the white noise machine during a movie.To top it all off, I bought it in February, (it’s only June now) and it no longer connects to the cameras. AVOID WIFI CAMERAS IF YOU CAN. Got 4 months of stressful use and we are out of the return window.

Crapped out on me
I bought this product back in December 2023, it has been very good to me and I havenât really had any issues with it. It is now middle of October 2024 and I went to turn the machine off, like usual, and the volume cut out so I figured it turned off. I was wrong. A little while later, I noticed that the monitor screen is still on and frozen, and none of the buttons will work, I canât even turn it off. The only thing itâs doing is showing the lightning bolt when I plug it into the charger. I honestly have no idea what happened, but I am beyond frustrated because this product has worked well for me for almost a year. Very disappointing

— Update –It’s working again! I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond (and on a Friday evening!). They were very helpful and friendly. The product itself is worth four stars: it gets the job done, but the controls are pretty clunky and the picture isn’t the clearest. The customer service brings it up to a five star review. Overall good value for the money.– Original review –I’ve had this less than a year and the audio completely stopped working. Video is working, microphone is working, but I get no audio feedback on the monitor. Extremely disappointed. Other cons to note: I find the controls annoying, the picture is only ok, the zoom is pretty useless. Pros (before the audio issue): it had good range, it got the job done (until it didn’t…).

I love the camera and itâs features but the biggest downside is the very small range coverage. I got it to be able to leave my baby in his nursery while being in the living room or bedroom but it keeps glitching when I exceed the parameter of like 8 meters at max.
