Broke after one month – REVISED
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This mount worked great, and we only used it on long trips. We purchased it 5 weeks ago for a 10 hour drive, and it was very easy to install.However, when I got into my car last week, it was laying in the seat, and one of the little pieces that secured it to the headrest was laying next to it, broken off.It seems like the parts used to make this just aren’t durable enough, and I’m disappointed it didn’t last longer since we really loved this mount.I contacted customer service to see if this was a known defect with the product, but I have not received a response.2/5, because we did really like it for the month is lasted….REVISED REVIEW:The seller got in contact with me, since customer service was not responsive, and they helped replace my product for free.I am very pleased with this support and so far, the new product has not broken.
