Seems sturdier than others
The “comb” or guard seems to be pretty sturdy for a change. If you fumble and drop it in the sink I don’t think it would break very easily. The adjuster is very smooth and has tiny variations with easy to read numbers. It trims beards and has a nose hair attachment. The supposed “3rd” use is simply to use the trimmer without the guard on it. Sure, that’s fine for trimming the edges of side burns or beards but it can’t shave your face. I don’t know why they show a guy doing that. It works well. It runs fast and quietly and seems very sharp.

Got this for my husband for Christmas he loves the adjustable head instead of having to change out the attachments you just adjust the dial. . Works very well and great value for the money. Holds a charge for a few uses and doesnât seem to lose it sharpness. Itâs not bulky pretty normal size and has good power. It is the perfect size and black in appearance.

Let’s start with the quality. The actual build quality and its ability to cut the hair is actually really good. The product seems to be well built – especially for the money.My main complaints are with the use of the product.Firstly, it doesn’t even come with a charger (AC/DC inverter). It only has a VERY short “proprietary” cable that you will need to source your own USB charger for. It also does not run when plugged in (probably for safety).Secondly, the actual clippers don’t have a very good tolerance on clearance. The blades are actually pretty far from the guard. That means you won’t be getting very close to your skin. The stubble left over is quite substantial. So, this isn’t good for edging. It pretty much is only good for clipping the hair short enough to shave it again with another razor. This is really frustrating, because this comes with an attached guard accessory. So, they could have just relied on that for skin clearance and allowed you to take it off if you need to get closer to the skin.The above can also be a good thing though, as it will be really hard to knick/cut yourself with this.All in all, I am not thrilled, but I think it’s good enough for the price.

Iâve had some really bad beard groomers in my time, this one is not one of them, Iâm happy to say. Itâs working very well. Iâve had it a month. I feel like itâs going to last, and I feel like I paid a good, fair price for it. If you want attachments for manscaping and hair cutting and stuff, this brand does have an option. Only five dollars more that has several additional attachments, I didnât need that, and I am happy to find this, and the return policy is generous. Go for it.

I needed a new beard trimmer when my previous one died after less than a year of use. I’ve always used Braun for shavers, so I figured this would be a logical choice.All in all I’m pleased with it. It’s easy to use and adjust and a charge will last some time, which is nice.I took a star off due to the power switch. It’s surprisingly diffcult to engage, that is, turn on. It’s very well integrated into the case, which I think is part of the issue, as trying to turn it on is difficult at best.
