I absolutely love this tracker!Packaged beautifully, and the tracker itself is really nice, looking very sleek, much better than I had expected.Previously I have ordered other types of trackers, and typically they look great online; then you get them, and they are cheap, clunky, and they’re really hard to set up, EVEN IF you get instructions that make sense.This tracker is small, and it is easy to hide or attach to anything you are wearing, even a bag which is what I opted to do with it.The sound quality of the speakerphone is great and super clear!I called it repeatedly to make sure it worked properly, and it calls as soon as you push the SOS button. The GPS location was actually pretty much accurate at all times and moved with me.Honestly, I was shocked it could find where I was so quickly. You can see where you are on a map moving around; it’s wild! The battery lasted all day which is another thing I need so I don’t have to panic about it going dead.The app is really good, looks good, and it’s easy to figure out how to set everything up, but I did use the video info on the company website.It sends the alerts to the app, and it sends them to my texts.Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a tracker to keep your child, family, or personal items safe.

Increasingly suspicious I may have been scammed. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY!
I bought two of these trackers, paid the subscription fee to activate both (the prices advertised here are misleading, it’s quite a bit more). They claim I only paid to activate one, my bank account says otherwise, they say they’ll call me back later. In the meantime, the one that was “activated” still reads offline, and all the edit features (geofence etc) appear to be fake buttons on the app, they don’t do anything. Tried to call the device and got an error message. I’m increasingly suspicious I was scammed, will watch my bank account closely and pursue a refund if this isn’t fixed within a few days.UPDATE: Tech support for the company helped me get both devices “set up”. I went to give my son one today so he could go for a walk to find both are “offline”. No explanation, both are fully charged. There’s no on/off switch or button… I’ve been charged close to 400.00 for several months of what they call service, but haven’t yet been able to use the product because of this issue. I guess that’s why they charge you for multiple months before letting you activate…UPDATE: It’s been a while and I still can’t get the trackers to work. I called to cancel the subscription (which they hadn’t advertised) so I don’t keep paying 80.00 monthly. They said I not only can’t get a refund (event hough the trackers don’t work) but there’s a CANCELLATION FEE OF 125.00 PER DEVICE! They did NOT notify me of this fee when I purchased, nor when I set up the devices. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH HIDDEN FEES ON DEVICES THAT DO NOT WORK!

Ordered for our kid when he is on the bus. Product was very simple to setup and activate. App works well and sends timely notifications. Geofence can be a tiny bit off when stationary but it appears to be standard GPS drift. Overall very pleased with the tracker and it gives peace of mind and added safety.
