This product attracts everything that will stick; hair, dust, dirt, lint, etc. It would probably look better on a shiny material, but it stands out like a sore thumb on my fabric couch. It also didnât stick very well to the actual fabric of the couch and the corners kept on coming up, and was very sticky to the touch so made it kind of difficult to apply smoothly. My cats also want to touch it more since it is very sticky, they love the tape. Not for my cats, but can appreciate the product if it works for others. I ended up taking it off because I hated the way it looked, just a giant obvious square tape piece that had a bunch of hair stuck to it

These are terrible. Very thin, hard to get to stick to certain things. Everything sticks to them in. Dust, hair, fuzz. I thought they were like ones I’d bought before. Sticky in one side and plastic. Those worked. I bought these for my raw wood cabinets. I put one on and realized both sides were sticky. Now I can’t peel it off because the paint is coming with it. I should’ve known better than to stick it to this type of material. So error in my part however the one sides plastic kind are much better for all surfaces. I would be very afraid to put this on fabric because it would be like applying a thin layer of glue. Bad idea.

If you want transparent sticky sheets on your furniture to keep the cat from scratching/damaging them, don’t get this. It says its transparent on the description but it’s yellow, ugly yellow. There is an instruction card inside that shows how to peel off a transparent sheet, put I couldn’t, and others who tried couldn’t do it either. So, I will go back to the truly transparent sheets I should have gotten again, but was too lazy to search farther thinking these would be the same.

Okay basically what we’ve got here are big sheets of two sided tape..We bought a new couch and chair with our stimulus check, replacing furniture that we’d had for YEARS. Well, I didn’t just happen to have any 2 sided tape laying around, so I checked Amazon and found these.I cut one sheet into strips and put them over the places on my new chair where my cat had scratched it. He still tries to scratch it, but gets VERY offended by the sticky feel.I’ve learned that when my cat scratches the chair, it’s because he needs assistance. The tape has been on the chair for about a month now, which means nobody can sit in it. I’ve been trying to keep a better eye on my cat when he goes near the chair.If his litter box needs cleaned out or if his food bowl is empty, he WILL get our attention.
