The Idea is Great, Difficult to Use
I loved the idea of this and I think it would look extremely cute. However, when I put the headband on for the first time, it took me forever to get it to look right with twisting and pulling my hair. Even after getting it perfect, it didn’t hold for long and my hair started to slip out of the twists and clips. Additionally, the product isn’t very strong and the clip broke off of one headband.

I saw these on Tiktok but thought I’d order from Amazon. For $5 I figure I wasn’t losing much if I didn’t like them. My hair has thinned out over the yrs( I’m 65) but they worked great. Easy to use, comfortable and stay in place well. I have curly hair that’s a little hard to control at times and I like my hair out of my face.All in all they are pretty great. People on tiktok were saying they remember these from the 90s..I really don’t but I grew up in the UK so maybe it was an American thing.

Breaks easily. I’m sad.
This broke on the second day. I used the 2nd one hoping it was a fluke and one of the clips wont open. So now I have 2 and neither workðI have 2B hair that is fine and thought this would be a great idea. Unfortunately, the quality is poor. I will try and reach out to the company. Maybe my next pair will work better. If it does, I’ll update this review.

Probably garbage
I got a horrible haircut last week and now that I have bangs again Iâm struggling with them being in my face. Thought this would help but it is not made for thin straight hair. With product in, I twisted everything back and it immediately fell out of the wide tooth clips. To make it work Iâd have to wind the hair around the teeth but again theyâre bangs and are too short for that. On the other hand the headband part actually stays in tight and looks good. Iâll stash this puppy in a drawer and try again when my hair has grown out some.
