I bought these drawer dividers for an alternative use — to create shelves inside an old-fashioned metal built-in laundry hamper that I was no longer using for laundry. I prefer the OXO brand for stability and the bright white colour, but they didn’t come in the 5″ height I wanted so I tried this brand. These Lifewit ones are more of a cream colour rather than white but still a good second choice. They did not fit some deeper drawers as snugly and tended to be easily knocked over if extended. I did, however, have a few drawers that were the exact size of the dividers (when closed), so those ones fit well and securely. At any rate, they are a decent product and well-priced, so I’d say you’d pretty much have to try them to see if they would work for you.
