I have been getting these in bulk. I love the fact they are in glass. But one of the jars had very green applesauce, while all my other jars have been a warm brown. The applesauce that was green is more sour and thick, while the warm colored one is very sweet and much more liquid like. Iâm assuming the green is Granny Smith but Iâd really like to know which Iâm getting
