It requires a Bowens Mount
Even though my light instrument did not have a Bowens Mount, I thought it would fit based on the size. It doesn’t. I had to return it.

Nice little snoot with a grid and some filters
This snoot was delivered exactly as pictured.If you’ve never used a snoot before, it essentially makes a hard-edged circular spot. The little honeycomb grid will sharpen it up, and the included filters and diffuser will somewhat blur the edges. Just stack things differently to see how it affects the results.I don’t know if I would recommend this for a strobe head with a hot incandescent modeling light. Unlike the standard Bowens-brand snoots, it doesn’t have a ventilation gap, so it will heat up if you use it with an incandescent source.For all the LED video-lights on the market, this is great. It’s about 2/3 of the size of the Bowens snoot, but it still has good performance and does the job. I’m really happy with it. Works great for a hair light, etc., where you don’t want a bunch of light spilling everywhere.
