Kudos to Lynn for handling my request for a replacement pin, by the suggestion of refunding me the cost of a replacement band. She understood how much I loved this watch and did not want me to be long without its use, so the matter was rectified over a weekend! Do I highly recommend aeac Smartwatch? That is a 100% yes! I like that this comes with free access to the app. The screen is easy to read and set up is handled through the app. I do think there needs to be more options to set the readouts to reflect USA standard presentation regarding dates, times, measurements, etc. but Iâm getting used to the differences. The sound is also great.The brightness on the screen is adjustable too and that is necessary at night as the screen will flash on when Iâm sleeping and if it is too bright it can wake me up. Also, when sleeping with the watch, make sure it is completely flush with the skin of your wrist or you might be blinded by the sensor lights as they try to take measurements.Thank you!

Band defect….New one I received 11-27, charger doesn’t work
The band came with the locking clasp reversed. Took it to a jeweler who thought it would be easy to pop the pin and correct the issueâ¦it was not. The pins are not spring loaded, they are a solid steel piece. Anyway he was able to use plyers and manipulate the black hooking clasp under the latch and get it facing the correct way. Unfortunately I had to pay $10.60 for this repair. All in all the watch itself is very nice and has worked great the past few days Iâve been able to wear it. For the price it is an excellent value but I am concerned that the band, latch, and clip having to be manipulated will wear down quicker than they should.This is an add on to my first review. I had to order a second watch because the first just stopped working…I received the new one and set it up but the charger that came with it will not work so within 3 days the watch is dead and I have no way of recharging it.

I bought this smart watch awhile ago but waited to wriite a review..I am not very tec savey… yet found this easy to set up, easy to use and it has motivated my runs..and keeps me within my heart beat max beats per minute..I am 66 and started running again, I ordered the watch because I felt I may have been working my heart to hard..I started getting heart papitations throughout the day after running..Well I feel much better now with the help of this watch..I would buy it again. Great Price..Great Watch.. Its now been almost a year, still works well, I had an issue with cycle mode and not accurate distance recorded, but once I put my phone on my bike it is almost as accurate according to the distsnce recorder I had installed on my bicycle..this little watch is well worth it, as it is not hundreds of dollars, I would buy again and would recommend it.
