Like other reviews said the spring gets stuck. I have other Hot Tools products and never had this happen before.I called for the warranty after a ton of documentation they said they will evaluate and send me a return sticker to exchange. This can takes months….I wish I could return it to Amazon and be done with it since so many others are complaining. The quality of this product really declined. The color of the iron isn’t even the deep gold that the other two I have are.Hopefully will get a replacement in a few months that will work….but ideally would just buy something else.
