I constantly reorder this product. I have very long hair so I need to tie my hair before bed. One loop is enough tightness for sleep and doesnât hurt your head against the pillow cots soft and comfortable. Overtime it does lose its elasticity but all good things must come to an end eventually. I like the assorted colors, I match them with my outfits
