Collar is perfect for small to medium size dog
Bought this collar for my 30lb Dachshund/Beagle mix. She wears a harness when walking, so the collar really sees no stress but I liked that it was less than an inch thick for her neck.I put it on her the day it arrived. I liked the quality of the nylon – not real thick and stiff but not thin and flimsy either – just right! Unfortunately about 3 hours in, the clasp released and when I picked up the collar to put it back on the dog I noticed one of the pieces on the clasp that locks it in place was missing. Very disappointing.I was so disgusted that I didn’t even think to contact Amazon for a replacement, I just threw it in the garbage!UPDATE: The seller contacted me and kindly offered me a refund! What wonderful customer service! The seller was nice enough to send me a refund, but instead I requested a replacement collar. The new collar is perfect and the clasp opens and closes smoothly. The first dollar’s clasp was difficult to open so I am assuming it was defective and that is why it snapped. The seller contacted me the day I initially left my review and I received a new collar within 2 days.This is a good quality collar that is substantial, but not too thick and bulky for a smaller (20-35 pound) dog and narrower than most so it isn’t uncomfortable. It is also tough enough to withstand a puller! I would definitely buy this again!

The product itself seems to be very good however Iâve ordered it so many times and never get the correct size. My last order I ordered an extra small and I received a large returning today too much work.
